To expand its range of mobile filtration units, Stivent is pleased to present the AMBH, the Mobile Oil Mist Extractor.

Machining operations generate micro-droplets of oil. These vapours in the ambient air have a detrimental effect on:

• The working environment and the company's public image for visitors
• Employees, due to their irritating nature and their ability to make floors slippery
• Equipment, due to their tendency to settle in all unprotected areas

This is why it is important to equip machining centres with solutions for capturing and treating oil mist. Our high-performance, cost-effective oil mist extractors extract, separate and filter the oil, and recycle the air to maintain a healthy working environment.

As flexibility is becoming an increasingly important factor in industry, our solutions are mobile, allowing the system to adapt to layout changes throughout the machining centre's lifespan, unlike centralised extraction systems, whose performance depends on precise sizing based on a specific layout.
