Fan

INDUSTRIAL DUST EXTRACTION, THE FAN AT THE CORE OF THE AERAULIC INSTALLATION

Forced air, captured air, speed, flow, transport time, etc., these essential parameters pose questions in terms of ventilation in an industrial environment.

The fan is the heart of an aeraulic installation. Its choice is not made lightly and must be based on a precise study of the need for capture, filtration and implantation of the elements.

A fan is characterised by two quantities, defining an operating point, the flow and the pressure.

The flow value alone does not guarantee the performance of the coming installation. We must therefore be very careful because it is the determining element of the coming system.

It is also the main mechanical element of the installation. Its noise impact on the environment is also to be taken into consideration before any implantation in order to guard against noise pollution disturbances vis-à-vis the neighbourhood or for the people in the workshop.

This is why, depending on the projects and the scale of the installations, we deploy various soundproofing solutions.

A HEART REQUIRES MAINTENANCE!

Thus STIVENT INDUSTRIE® supports you in maintenance-prevention, monitoring of your fans as well as their repair or balancing.

Likewise, if you pass material through your fan, do not hesitate to ask us for a feed turbine. It is better to forecast than to wait to be stopped and suffer a disruption of production.

MAINTAINING AND ANTICIPATING THE FUTURE

STIVENT INDUSTRIE® designs, sizes, assembles and manufactures fans that will guarantee the air flow and the capture speed in an industrial environment. What we do not manufacture, we will endeavour to find it to meet your needs in an optimal way.

Atex or not, for corrosive dust, fumes, vapours or environments, each project requires the necessary analysis. You will find this analysis at STIVENT INDUSTRIE® as well as technical support with regard to the solutions to be considered now and for future years. It is always interesting to consider a hypothesis of evolution of the aeraulic network in case of development of your workshops for example.

To find out more and understand your ventilation systems and projects, contact us and let's discuss your project together on (+33) 05 49 50 41 91 or via our contact form.
